Shady Lane RV Park

• Quiet Time is 10pm to 7AM. No generators allowed at any time.

• No Smoking in any of the park facilities... please use ashtrays and do not throw butts on the ground.

• All permanent structures must be approved by management prior to installation.

• Place all garbage in bags and depsoit in dumpsters. Break down boxes. We recycle and ask that you do too, please.

• Sewer lines must be air tight and drain properly. All water lines must be secure to prevent leaks

• Please conserve water, WE ARE IN THE DESERT! No washing of vehicles!

• A 5MPH in park speed limit will be enforced for safety.

• If you are in need of outside vendors to visit your site THEY NEED TO STOP IN THE OFFICE FIRST, this is for your and all other guests benefit. NO SOLICITING! “For Sale” signs posted on Rec Hall Bulleting Board ONLY.

• Our rates are for two occupants, one camper unit/RV and one vehicle. Please park where assigned only. Additional guests ($3/person per day over 15 yrs of age) MUST register and make arrangements for parking their vehicle BEFORE spending the night. This may mean, in some circumstances, that they may need to park outside the park. YOU are responsible for your guests!

• No Subletting of sites or units.

• Monthly rents are due IN FULL BY anniversary date of your arrivale. Electric meters are read on the 27th of the month and bill is due before the 1st of the next month. Or read on anniversary date and bill is due no later than 3 days past that anniversary date of arrival. (Example: Arrive 5th of month rend rue BY 5th, electric due BY 9th or 10% late fee added to past due date.)

• No open fires without prior approval from management.

• We as that you please make arrangements for your mail to arrive elsewhere as our PO Box will not accomodate estra mail. Emergency phone messages only.

• Residents shall maintain their spaces in a neat and orderly condition.

• No oil changes or working on vehicles are allowed in the park.

• No driving or walking through unoccupied or occupied sites.

• Park facilties are for use by ALL guests for ALL functions, only exception is when management posts it is closed.

• Laundry lines are provied in read or park, please no hanging laundry around your site.

REGARDING YOUR PET (CATS INCLUDED)

• Pet walk area is completely OUTSIDE THE PARK. Always carry a bag and pick up after your pet and deposit in dumpster.

• Never leave your pet unattended outside your RV or leave them out at night. We have wildlife (coyotes, wild dogs, critters)!!

• Please, No pets in any of the park facilities.

• Your pet must be on a leash at all times outside your camper/RV.

• NOISY PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE! Please see that your pet does not disturb any of the other guests. Please understand that if you or your pet fail to follow these rules that you may be asked and expected to leave. We love animals and hope to be able to continue our policy of accepting pets.
